London Bridge is an area full of art and culture and is only now starting to be recognized for its full potential as a major hub of activity. There are many star attractions in this area of London, not least the domineering, architectural overlord that is the Shard. You also have the Tate Modern, Design Museum and London Dungeons.

It hasn’t got the long-established ‘cool’ reputation of places slightly more north of the river but it is well on its way as a staunch competitor

The housing in the London Bridge is mainly trendy renovated warehouses on cobbled streets. The area has also seen the establishment of a number of impressive modern developments overlooking the river and many very reasonable ex-council properties.

London Bridge is particularly popular with City workers due to the easy commute – walking distance for some areas while the underground station is served by the Jubilee and Northern Lines, with just a 6-minute journey to Canary Wharf.

London Bridge station also serves most of the South East making it really easy for a day trip to the coast!
